How Can I Contribute?

The historic Rayne Memorial United Methodist Church, built in 1875, with its tall, graceful spire illuminated at night, has become known as “The Church of the Lighted Steeple.” For 133 years, this lovely Gothic-revival church has had a strong and active ministry in the heart of uptown New Orleans. In August of 2005, Hurricane Katrina destroyed the steeple and severely damaged the sanctuary. By December 2008, the sanctuary and steeple was finally restored, the beacon shining in the darkness once again. That the light may continue to shine for another century, we gratefully welcome all contributions:
