Director Rayne Early Childhood Program RECP,  Kecia Wright

Kecia Wright has been a lifelong educator of children, serving as a highly gifted teacher, innovative curriculum specialist, assistant principal, and principal, and is widely and well-respected in the New Orleans educational community.  With a Master’s Degree in Education Administration, many years of experience in teaching and proactive leadership, and a warm, bright, energetic personality, Kecia brings a dynamic presence into both teaching and administrative settings with an obvious  love of learning and a huge heart for children.

RECP Administrative Assistant, Teresa Magee

Teresa Magee has been with the Rayne family since April 2002. She comes with a wide range of childcare experience: a mother of four, a Certificate of Completion in Child Care Business Training, over ten years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager, five years of experience as a teacher, a youth director at her church, has completed her CDA and is working on her Bachelor's degree. In her position at RECP, Teresa handles accounts receivable, answers the phone, prepares office documents, mailings, and monthly statements, and keeps accurate records of an enrollment of over a hundred children. Always ready to help with the busy daily activities and events of the Rayne Early Childhood Program, Teresa’s smile and happy hello may be one of the first things your child sees upon arrival each day. Stop in the office with your questions and concerns for Teresa regarding the administration of our preschool and she will gladly assist you!
