The Rayne Early Childhood Program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of the Young Child.
RECP Mission Statement
Rayne Early Childhood Program bases its curriculum on the premise that "child care" and "child education" are inseparable processes occurring simultaneously.
Children develop and learn best when they encounter teachers who not only radiate love, but who also interact with the children through play, storytelling, music, eating and everyday common experiences.
When a child leaves Rayne Early Childhood Program, he or she will have experienced appropriate growth - physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.
RECP Fees of 1/3/2011:
Registration: $150.00
Infants: $750.00 (Monthly)
One Year Old and Older: $710.00 (Monthly)
RECP is a full-time program with no part-time schedule available.
RECP Schedule
Rayne Early Childhood Program operates all year. We are closed on major holidays following a schedule similar to that of the public, charter, and private schools of the city. RECP is closed for one Friday in August for staff training.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm.

The Rayne Early Childhood Program is a Class A program licensed by the State of Louisiana and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
